Audio disclosure: The audio becomes inconsistent toward the end. The wireless microphones are rated for approximately one hour, and the conversation ran longer than expected. We chose to publish the complete interview rather than omit any of Dr. Leandre’s answers.
How the interviews are kept fair

- Reasonable follow-up and candidate-specific questions may be asked for clarification or relevant experience or public record.
- Hubert United does not edit answers to change their meaning.
- Hubert United is nonpartisan and does not endorse candidates. Publication is not an endorsement.
The purpose is to let residents hear the candidates’ own answers, compare them, research further, and decide for themselves.
